In order to keep your print for as long as possible, it is best to wash our clothes inside out at 30 degrees . You should also ideally avoid fabric softener (which is neither good for the environment nor for your other clothing).

If you iron your things, please do it inside out too :)

No, a return is not free. In our opinion, there are good reasons for this - what are they? You can read that here.

All our items go through a final quality check before they are packed. Should it happen that you have received a damaged item, we will of course refund it free of charge. Simply contact hello@raeglan.com

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like to have an item in a different size, simply order it again from us in the shop. You send the other item back to us. If the shipping is less than 100€, we unfortunately have to calculate the costs for the new shipping. So it's better to measure it ;)

After receipt of the return, the money should be in your account within 7 working days. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Please be patient if it takes a little longer!

Because our products are unisex, they may run slightly smaller depending on your build. So if you're rather muscular / have broad shoulders or have a relaxed dad bod then I would recommend ordering one size up from normal.

However, you will find a size chart for each product. So it's better to take the measuring tape and make sure that the clothes fit you perfectly. And in the end it doesn't take you any longer than preparing the return and bringing it to the post office ;)
